Data Top-up not working?

Has anyone successfully done a data top-up on cable broadband recently?  If so, how long did it take for the request to be processed?


I tried yesterday evening and again a few hours ago this morning.  Both times the screen message said to expect an email within ~30 mins, but nothing comes through and speed still capped.  I don't want to keep requesting top-ups in case the requests are batched up and then processed at long intervals (eg. overnight), in which case I could have already used 2.

Over 24 hours since  I topped up and still running at 0.25 Mbps .no info available from Telstra

I have tried to top up 4 times in the last 2 days no satisfaction. i today put in a compaint, so i hope something gets done.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
