Data top ups


I see that Telstra is still having problems with data top up's. I have tried several times after carfuly following instructions using MyAccount but cant even get an option to select data top up. This compounded with other problems over the past 12 months is leading me to Optus.

Yes, there was another such complaint about data top-ups late yesterday.

The customer even rang Telstra, but it still did not work.
