Data Usage Not Showing on usb wifi

This is the worst website. All I want to know is how much data I have on my pre-paid usb and how much I have used I have spent valuable time trying to find out when my last stick just took me straight there. No forums no wanting my email address or a screen name.

Welcome to Crowd Support Smiley Happy

Never good to hear that there has been issues with accessing your usage details for a broadband service. The best way to be able to access this information is having your Telstra account registered for the free My Account service at:

http://www.telstra.com.au/my-account/why-register/index.htm

 

Once this has been completed you can use the login details on the Telstra 24/7 app either via a mobile phone or tablet device. This will allow you to see what has been used and also what is remaining for the Mobile Broadband device.
