I want to disconnect my broadband as I have connected NBN at another residence.  It seems the 'easiest' way is to call the call centre and say 'disconnect' but the call centre is too busy to take calls so they put my onto the App chat.  So far it has taken NINE hours to get any sort of Chat response and not a helpful one either

Exactly the same problem for me, I ended up downloading the My Telstra app on to my phone and get help that way.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
