disconnecting Bigpond account

I am trying to disconnect my Bigpond account. Due to Covid restrictions I can't get through to an operator (I get sent a link to chat which my phone won't allow to open for security reasons), I can't find any online options and the message option is automated to only basic questions. I don't want to be billed for a service I no longer use. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can organize this disconnection. Thanks in advance for any help.

What tech are you on ? FTTN/FTTH ect, are you changing providers or just canceling conection ?
