DNS issue with 61.9.211.33

Hi,

 

I'm having trouble seeing starimagestudios.com via 61.9.211.33. No entries found. Tried making changes at registrar so new changes would be picked up and they are by other dns, but not qld primary. Over 24hrs has passed between some of the test changes.

 

Forcing use of secondary, 61.9.211.1, resolves ok. Using third party dns resolves ok.

 

Have I missed something?

I was able to get this resolved by contacting the general Bigpond support number. Initial support person was not able to fix, which is to be expected, but did take the time to get an understanding of the issue, spoke to supervisor, took detailed notes to pass onto correct team.

 

4 hours later it's fixed. Faster and less painful than I had expected.
