DNS issues

Hi Guys,

 

Chrome works fine, Explorer works fine when connecting to the internet.  Outlook mail is also ok,  however MS Edge and MS Store cant connect to the internet?  Is it a DNS issue?  When the computer is at the Computer Store in town MS Edge and MS Store work fine and WIN10 settings work fine.

 

I'm running a TG797n V3.

Hi Trickla,

 

Have you checked into the settings of your antivirus and firewall as this may be blocking access to certain network configurations. 

 

Also, try leaving your home modem off for a few minutes then back on as this should force a new network connection and may resolve any blocking happening on the device.
