DNS resolution issue
I am having issues with the nameserver: uneeda.telstra.com
It has somehow corrupted the entry for one of my domains, dmailpro.com, and returns the following DIG:
Dig dmailpro.com@139.130.4.4 ...
Non-authoritative answer
Recursive queries supported by this server
Nameserver has a problem and can't talk right now
When I DIG against google, I get something much better:
Dig dmailpro.com@8.8.8.8 ...
Non-authoritative answer
Recursive queries supported by this server
Query for dmailpro.com type=255 class=1
dmailpro.com A (Address) 54.206.60.152
I have tried talking to Telstra support about it, but they have no idea what is going on, and keep asking me for my account details, like it makes a difference!
All I want is for someone in Telstra tech division to reload the domain, or refresh it, or do whetever they need to do to fix it please!

Re: DNS resolution issue
Hi Freom,
Happy to help where I can. Bear with me as I am not a technical expert.
Is you domain hosted by Telstra?
Is this a business or personal service?
When was the last time you were able to use the server uneeda.telstra.com?
They likely want your account info to confirm your details and note your account, have you provided this, and have they offered to escalate this?
