Do you lose internet between NBN Co technician appointment and Telstra technician appointment

I'm working from home and worried about maintaining internet while I transition to the NBN.

I have my NBN Co technician booked for 1 April and the Telstra technician that I'm paying to do the installation booked for 10 April.

Please help - I'm worried if I will lose internet between these two dates - ie between 1 and 10 April?? Also, I tried to connect last year and had to postpone because the NBN Co technician said it would be a tricky instal. If they need to do it in a couple of visits will I lose my existing internet while they're doing this work?

This is something that is dependant on many variables, it would depend on your circumstances.
