Don’t ignore my cancellation request anymore and I want a quick turnaround.

I couldn’t use to my home NBN service from April to until now.

I called too many times for fix my NBN.

But nobody didn’t try to fix at all.

Eventually, despite the fact that I was so angry with the Telstra company that Telstra company is just avoid responsibility and only want to receive money. So, I was told to cancel it many times, but I still only sent an e-mail asking me to pay money, and no one cares about my home wifi is working or not.

Don’t make me annoying anymore with avoid responsibility at all.

I don’t want to get stressful any more from Telstra customer service. I got stress for five month. It’s already enough.
