Dropbox connection issue

Hi,

 

Dropbox connection is not possible in NBN. Did a factory reset. Works for 24 hours and now even after factory reset, not working anymore.

 

Any suggestions?

What model modem and what is the modem's firmware no? This information is displayed on the modem's login page (http://192.168.0.1)? There was a problem with the LH1000 modem running a early version of the firmware that could cause this problem.

Thanks, I'll check that out.

I reduce the parental security to low and that solves the issue, but not happy with that. Will try your suggestion.
