existing move house order is wrong date, but cannot get thru to change it

I hope someone can help.  A few days ago a submitted an order to move my NBN, home ph and mobile ac to a new address.  I gave the moving dates in my order (confirmed by email) as close existing ac 15 May, install new service 16 May.  Yesterday I received a track my order email which says existing ac will be ceased 4 May, tech will arrive at new place 5 May.  Its a place I've just bought, I don't move in til 15/5, so they have given me the wrong dates.  But there does not seem to be any way to change this.  Self service says I cannot change the appointment on line, but the phone number given gives me the COVID run around and ends with a text to me that takes me back to the self service page....  I tried other telstra contact numbers, but cannot get thru.  As it stands my service will be disconnected 11 days early and a tech will turn up to a house with no one expecting them but there seems to be nobody I can contact about this...  Help!
