Extremely slow wifi

My wifi has been disgustingly slow for the last 3 weeks, nobody from support has been of any help and I'm starting to get very annoyed. We have unlimited but our internet can hardly handle more then one person on it at a time. All our bills are paid and I can't think of any reason as to why it's this slow. NBN is getting installed in my area by the end of this month so I'm starting to suspect they have messed the wiring up while trying to install the NBN. Anyway, we pay a lot for this service that only works 60% of the year and I need it fixed asap

As this is only a community forum, faults cant be raised here. What speeds are you currently getting?

I have been getting 1.08mbps download and 0.29mbps upload or lower or less over the last 4 weeks
