Looks like whatever 172.18.71.97 is, is dropping packets which isn't helping.
Apart from Telstra Crowd Support, is there a generic email address for Telstra Support where I can send in requests.  So far all I've come across is step by step instructions asking me to turn my computer off or restart my router.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Faulty or bad route between Darwin and Adelaide

There is no guaranteed Latency on consumer services or way to raise a fault in regards to latency. These issues are monitored by the networks team.
I work for Telstra, but my opinions are my own and not that of Telstras
