Fixed Wireless repeater station

I am in the process of building a fixed wirless NBN repeater station for a friend. It has a solar panel, batteries, and a weatherproof electrical enclosure fitted. I plan to concrete this in the ground at the top of a hill to receive fixed wireless signal and use a wireless bridge to relay the signal to the premises. Will the NBN Technician be able to fit the fixed wireless hardware to this station, or are they required to fit to a building?
