Foxtel package added without consent
Updated Foxtel box and it was confirmed no extras to be added to account - only to find an extra package was added without consent/authorisation. Now can't contact them to have it removed. Still expected to pay for extras even though not used.

Unfortunately no one on CrowdSupport has access to your account to assist here.
Our team have received your bill query if you have sent us a message in the My Telstra App, however there is a delay in processing these at the moment.
