free to air tv problem on velocity fttp connection
internet and phone line work ok.
cant scan any channels on tv although haven't watched from long time. how can I test the free to air service at my gateway in garage

The free to air channels require an TV aerial and don,t work through the internet. Have you checked that a TV aerial is connected to TV or set top box and plugged in correctly.

For Velocity services the free to air TV does come through the velocity fibre connection via a coaxial connection then generally internally wiring in the premises. If you cant successfully scan for channels, I'd recommend calling 13 22 00 to speak to the velocity team to see if there is an issue on Telstras End.
