Frustrations with getting an answer regarding moving NBN from current home to new address,.
Lodged an online request to transfer Telstra NBN from current home to new address. I received an automated email detailing move details and connection date. Advised that I would be contacted within 48 hours if technician is required, will be as new home has no NBN connection. Suffered huge frustration with SMS text system, not sure who is on other end but just don’t cut it, can’t ring Telstra just refer back to the SMS system and hang up.
