“Generous” Telstra !!!!!!!!!

Telstra is the best internet company I've ever seen! The only way they can fix issues is nothing but keep sending their smart modem. As you can see, I've got 3 of this modem. And I believe the fourth one is on its way now!!!!! I've applied for the NBN network service since 23/10. And I still can't use it, no matter how many calls I made, customer services, NBN activation service. They would just say "no worries, we would fix it within 24 - 48 hours". Good on you Telstra! And let's see how many modems I would collect!
