I’ve moved house and have everything I need for my internet but it’s still not working

Have you received any written notification about the plan you took out?

Have you received the modem?

You'll need to speak with Customer "Service"

Use the My Telstra app

Go to "Get Help"

Click on the "Message Us" blue button in the right hand bottom corner and write "Need to speak to human"

The app will alert you when someone calls you.

What items do you have?

 

Do you have a Smart Modem 2?

 

You should be able to get that working over the 4G backup (blue light on the front), even if you don't have your NBN Internet service in place yet.
