We are moving to a newly built unit block which is 110% in a cable area, but as being a new unit has not been added as being cable available in Telstras internal systems.
Funnily enough I’ve been through this exact situation before and been given a number to contact to get them to check the address and add it so I can make a cable order/move, but it was a couple years ago and I’ve completely lost it.
Does anyone know the avenue/number to get your newly built unit added as being cable available?
