Re: Getting help when there is no line signal
If you are having trouble with your fixed connection; eg NBN or PSTN connection. The easiest way to troubleshoot this is via the online tool: https://fix.telstra.com/
Alternatively head to a Telstra store and they can raise a fault case on your behalf and have a Telstra faults consultant contact you.
