Hardware for NBN connection

We have a booking to connect to the NBN and Telstra has sent us a new smart modem but no NBN connection box. Should they have provided it or does the NBN installer provide it at the time of installation? I want to make sure I have all the correct hardware available at installation time. The connection is HFC.

Hey Foo75, does other nbn equipment need to be installed? the nbn installer may bring this with them.
