Haven't received the confirmation of my move request
Hi,
I requested for the move of broadband on 22nd August and received an email said a call would come in 24-48 hours to confirm.
Until then I haven't received any call from Telstra to confirm this move. Should I keep waiting or can you provide a number that I can call?

There are delays at the moment with organizing moves, but you should be able to get an update by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human.

Dont waste your time yinfeng..Get in touch with the ombudsman and lodge a complaint..It is the only way you will get any help. I speak from personal experience. they never called me back to arrange my move..Also, 3 times made appointments for Technician to install NBN..never turned up once.. no apologies no sorry no messages..Go to the ombudsman he fixed it for me.

You are absolutely right. I'm thinking of changing to another supplier now. No call yet and I'm about to move. Unbelievable.

I just successfully created a move order (a real order! not a temporary reference number) through chat. That is impressive. Hope it will go well.
