Help and support

Telstra would have to be, without exception, the most frustrating company to try to deal with.  I have tried, without any form of success, to make contact with ANY Telstra department, either by message or phone, and am now left none the wiser

and a lot angrier than when I started.

   Surely, Australia's largest provider can do  somewhat better than this?
