High NBN latency, no response.

So ive been having some latency issues, normally its just once every 2-3 days. Ive done some trace routes when ive been having these issues, and it mainly comes from 2 hops. these hops are:

58.162.26.199(https://share.pingplotter.com/bzXNqxP7v5a) and 129.250.3.126 (https://share.pingplotter.com/eZgwEBm6uvf). The links are images, with evidence of this. So after gathering these images, i emailed both of the organisations. I did this about a week ago and i still havent gotten a response, nor has the issue been fixed. I also tried to contact telstra about this, but they didnt help one single but, like when i normally try to contact them. What can i do about this? would the organisations i emailed just take a but more time to respond, so should i just wait? or is this abnormal. Any help would be greatly appreciated, this issue is really bugging me.
