Hello everyone.
Since yesterday I have encountered a weird problem with my internet. With speedtests i'm only getting around 2-7 megabits per second download while my upload is still normal at 20 megabits per second. Obviously this speed is extremely slow even for ADSL let alone NBN as the download speed should exceed that of the upload normally. This speed is too slow even for watching videos on standard quality.
I have tried changing from wifi to ethernet cable, tried resetting both devices and modems, I have tried disabling wifi. I have tried my PC, an apple tablet and my samsung phone but all devices experience these slow speeds.
This is very odd as it was working perfectly 2 days ago. What could be the problem?
