We just got our broadband modem connected by a technician this morning, the signal and link are showing a green light but online shows blue. The technician said we have to log in to go online, but where exactly do we have to log in, is there a particular website?

Re: Home Broadband connectivity
Is the blue light an ECO light? Can you depress it and if you do does it turn green?

Re: Home Broadband connectivity
You'll need to go to 192.168.0.1 - log in - password is admin - click on broadband up the top - there will be a username and password field on the page, will probably say newdsluser@bigpond.com. You'll need to change that to your Bigpond email and use its password. If you are unsure of your username and password, the Bigpond team can assist you via LiveChat here
