Looking for a Telstra NBN plan for phone only, no internet. Does Telstra have such a plan?

Currently we offer the Ultimate Voice plan with just phone calls, you can find more info here https://tel.st/vrrl9

I put a 3/4G Desk phone in an elderly friends house..  Olitech Easytel 3G.. 

That needs to be updated with a 4G version with the coming demise of 3G.
