House move - NBN connection

I notified Telstra several weeks about my house move which took place beginning of last week.

They had no problem disconnection my old NBN connection at the old house, but I am still waiting for 1 week now to get the NBN connection established at the new house. It is an existing NBN connection so it should be straightforward. I am unable to speak to customer support to understand what is going on / what the plan is. I am just referred to the app which indicates that jt is still in progress. Expected date was last week

Send a message using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen), you can mark it as urgent by tapping on the icon in the top right of the message screen. Someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
