If your internet isnt working, for adsl and cable you can call 132200, for NBN 1800 834 273. Alternatively you can use the live chat link in my signature below for adsl and NBN. If you'd like to raise a complaint there is also a link below to do so.

This is supposedly just a community forum and the Telstra reps here like on https://whirlpool.net.au volunteer here as do others who are not associated with Telstra.
Your approach is unlikely to get you help.
