Re: How do I cancel my Telstra Broadband
Have you signed with another provider for a completely new service? You haven't 'transferred' (or churned, ported etc.) your existing service to the new mob?
If you have transferred, then the new mob should organise cancellations.
Do you have an existing home phone service? Do yo want to keep that? If so, be sure to specifically ask to keep it.
The messaging app is the best way to make contact.. when you get Codi asking questions type in "Consultant" or "Speak to a consultant" then make sure to mark it Urgent (three dots on top right) then send it. It may take a while to get a response back so don't log out of the app, but you can close it while you do other things.. you will get a message back and be straight into a chat at that point... it is painful and below par for customer support but that is what it is at present..
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
