HOW DO I GET MY INTERNET TO WORK ALL DAY?????
I HAVE BEEN TALKING WITH TELSTRA FOR OVER 21 DAYS TO FIX THE INTERNET FROM CONSTANLY DROPPING OUT. VERY ANNOYING AS I WORK FROM HOME AND USE ZOOM A LOT (EMBARASSING WHEN IT DROPS OUT MID MEETING)
I AM ALMOST AT THE POINT WHERE I CANCLE THE CONTRACT WITH TELSTRA AS IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
TELSTRA PLEASE SEND AN ENGINEER AROUND TO FIX MY PROBLEM.
ANYONE ELSE HAVING THE SAME SERVICE.

Dropouts are almost as annoying as people who type in all capitals, thinking that it makes it more noticeable (no, it just makes it harder to read).
Is it an NBN connection or an ADSL/Cable connection?
Which model modem do you have, and do the lights on the modem change when the dropouts occur?
