How do we book a technician to come to our house to set up nbn?

We are want to know how to book a technician to set up nbn as we need more technical assistance with the set up process?

Hi Warren, and Shelly. Appreciate your patience in this. Whenever you place an order for a new service, you'll have the option to have it professionally installed. If our system detects a self-install is possible and you want a technician to do it for you anyway, then we'll charge for the visit.
