How To Bring Shortcomings To The Attention of Telstra?

Answered

I recently had a fairly shocking experience with Telstra online 'help' - four hours (sic) interacting with them to no avail whatever.  On the 'chat' thing.  I'm fairly certain I was just being played with.  They cut it off so's I couldn't get the normal download transcript but I'd managed to make my own copy of the whole thing.

I want to send it to management and show them just what their customer interface so often is.

Where/how can I do that?  Anyone know?

The best way is probably to print it out and send it to the Office of the CEO (as your transcript won't fit into the comments section of the complaints form).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
