How to change my modem IP Address

I couldn't open DariushLife.com with my home wifi!

I connected my laptop to my mobile data plan and it's work with. So, I guess the host blocked my IP Address for security which is common an I need to change my IP Address as I've done before with other broadbands. That wasn't nbn.

I turned off my router and modem for around 5 minutes which it normally works for changing IP but it didn't at this time.

Any idea what should I do?

It could be Telstra broadband protect blocking your connection. You can bypass broadband protect by changing the modems IPv4 and IPv6 at Advanced > Local network. Reconnect your device after changing DNS.

Where should I change IPV4 and IPV6? Is that on my mac?
