How to contact Telstra about no internet

I have had no internet for 3 days. 
I have tried to call but get the the call centre is closed message. 
messenger app is useless and I am sick to death of writing the same thing 40 times and getting generic let me check that for you. No response start again. 

I want to actually speak to someone about my internet not working. 

So in the year 2021 how do I actually communicate with a person about my internet?

The Telstra Support phone number 132200 is open 9am - 8pm AEST Weekdays.

 

Regarding your internet issues, you could try running the Telstra Troubleshooting tool and also detailing your issue in this forum.

I find calling 132203 works far better for faults.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
