Re: How to replace modem
Is that an ADSL or NBN modem?.
Model number?.
Have you checked that there is power at the outlet?.
You can contact Telstra support via the My Telstra app or messages via https://tel.st/pamgz

Re: How to replace modem
NBN.
Basically it seems the equipment died.... there is no indication of power at all...
I did contact Telstra/ Velocity.... They did request up to 10 days to replace the equipment or the power cable only... is it normal? Very upset with this timeframe to solve a basic issue.

Re: How to replace modem
The 10 day period is probably a worst case scenario.
In the meantime you could use your phone as a Hotspot.

Re: How to replace modem
Thanks Dowser! I'm already using my phone or the 4G backup from Telstra... but it limiting my usage of Foxtel TV as well.... and the connection to perform my job is really poor.... video conferences with 5+ people just doesn't work well with the 4g connection...
