How to reschedule the NBN technician appointment during COVID-19 urgently
Does anyone know whether there is an email address I could use to reschedule the appointment urgently as I can not go through 1800 834 273 or 132200 number - I got a straight answer of "Call centre is down due to COVID-19". I also rang local Telstra store who advised they can not reschedule.
I really do not want to turn the technician away on that day 8th April. The BCP should have been in place by now by the company like Telstra ?
