We currently have ADSL and Foxtel through Telstra and are wanting to sign up for NBN we don’t want to change the Foxtel package we have which is just Foxtel plus and drama channel - so question is how do we do this as the only entertainment package it shows is with movies or sports and these will work out more expensive for us. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you want to migrate the current ADSL to NBN. Are you able to get to a Telstra store? That might be a better option than placing the order on-line.
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..

Re: How to we sign up for NBN and leave Foxtel alone?
Are the ADSL service and the Foxtel by Telstra on the same account?
Also have a look here https://www.telstra.com.au/internet/nbn
Type your address in and you will find out what sort of NBN service/s are available at your address.. Foxtel is delivered on HFC in most cases, and that can also provide an NBN HFC service, which is good.

Re: How to we sign up for NBN and leave Foxtel alone?
But you have Foxtel from Telstra over co-axial cable?

Re: How to we sign up for NBN and leave Foxtel alone?
Not all Telstra cable customers get transferred to NBN HFC. In some areas NBN has decided to use FTTC. The foxtel might also be via satellite.

Re: How to we sign up for NBN and leave Foxtel alone?
I know, that's why I asked if the Foxtel was on co-axial cable. If it is an IQ4 and satellite, that will make it easier for them to just migrate the ADSL.. just need to be sure what the service is before suggesting the action to take..

Re: How to we sign up for NBN and leave Foxtel alone?
Hi yes we have satellite and an IQ3 so as I understand it we may be able to just change over the ADSL - problem was we get a package price at the moment with Telstra just wanted to know if it was possible to just apply for NBN.
