Level 1: Cadet not working


I can no longer access http:// as I am now presented with a enter user name and password screen. As there is no account setup inside the router apart from its defaults I obviously cannot provide a username and password as I didnt create one. This hasnt stopped me trying my telstra account details and the details on the security card.


I had full access ten days ago but upon returning home we had no wifi and very slow internet. A reoccuring problem across three different brands of routers. Actually its the exact same problem just a telstra router this time but hey the faults with me isnt it guys. 


 Does anyone have a way around this as I dont want to get yet another router especially with fibre optic being laid in my yard a few months ago which were not getting to use because we staying on copper ( fibre to the node goodonya Tony ) but we may get the copper NBN pretty soon. Then again weve had wireless NBN here for 12 months but no one can connect because Telstras systems dont recognise RMB addresses. The bills seem to find it no problem including the telstra bill its a pity the techs cant follow a postie one day.


 Sorry about the rant but not being able to get into the router to see whats going on is annoying. Nothing changed from the last time I accessed it

Try username admin and no password. Or try username admin and password admin.

I'm having the same problem with not working and asking for login details.  I've tried the suggested "admin" for username and password, but still no luck!


Very frustrating as I urgently need to change my wifi password... Please help!!
