If your on FTTN already will be unable to transfer to FTTP. In 2023 when NBN starts upgrading FTTN to FTTPyou could apply to transfer FTTP.. The only way you might be able to transfer now is if your NBN service is slow or faulty and can't be fixed (Numerous drop outs or speed below 25 Mbps)
