I cant link my telsta app profile to my newly created nbn account, and I need to talk to telstra

I cant link my telsta app profile to my newly created nbn account ,and I need to talk to telstra to

organise my nbn connection, but they are impossible to get on phone ?

You can add an existing service to your Telstra ID using these steps:

 

  1. Select Account Settings in the Profile & Preferences menu

  2. Select Add an Account in the Accounts section

  3. When prompted, enter the Pre-Paid mobile or home phone number of the service you want to add

  4. Select ‘Save’ to add your new service
