I don't have NBN connection

I can not connect to the NBN after I was moving home. I called Telstra team on 22 JULY, they said they will cut off my internet connection until 4 August. It's 5 August now but nothing changed. I called Telstra today and a lady just asks me if I having the correct connection. The NBN gateway box and modem were restarted many times and nothing happened. What should I do now?
