Continuously dropping out for no reason no support what so ever and there's no reason for it be dropping out. Seriously fix your **bleep**, people pay for this **bleep** and this is what we get? EXPLAIN YOURSELF ITS TERRIBLE FIX IT

What do the lights on your modem do when you are experiencing problems?


You can run troubleshooting via https://fix.telstra.com (from your mobile if necessary) which can check for basic connection faults.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
