I have a client who has advised that Telstra's NBN is Blocking Their Site

Dear Telstra,

 

Regarding: https://robsblinds.com.au

 

One of my clients reported that Telstra is blocking their site.  I tested on my network and found the same issue. 

 

In response, I have scanned the site with Sucuri, Norton, WordFence and Google Safe Browsing - all give the site the all clear. This looks to be a false positive, how can the site be cleared from the TBP block list?

 

The error also occurs on my own Telstra network connection, which states: This site can’t provide a secure connection to robsblinds.com.au sent an invalid response. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

 

  • The site has a valid SSL Certificate;
  • The site IS accessible using my Telstra 4G network connection;
  • The site is accessible through other ISPs.

 

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

One that's done, if the page is still marked as unsafe by Telstra, you can submit a report as safe request as the bottom of the 'walled garden' page

Thank you very much for helping me.  For the life of me, I was unable to locate where to submit the suspected False Positive.  Providing me with the URL and what to do next has truly been appreciated.

 

I have submitted the domain to SOPHOS for review.  Hopefully, they'll remove the domain from their block list.

I had to literally go through 6 odd pages to find that to..They don't make it easy.
