I have an nbn connection order and they didn’t do it on the date they said I checked and the order i

What do I have to do to get through for help it’s be n 4 weeks since my phonecand adsl went down .

After winning the jackpot and getting through to telstra they informed me they couldn’t fix the adsl and I would need to be transitioned to nbn 

They made an order and were meant to connect but didn’t turn up .

Now they sent me the bill for a service I haven’t had and am stilll waiting for it’s so frustrating.

No phone access and tried all the apps as well as a message to report it but no return callls or emails.

what do I do to sort this it’s so hard with all the dead end scenarios to get help.

If you have sent a message via the My Telstra app, you can mark it as urgent by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right of the messaging screen.

 

Otherwise, 132200 is the only other contact method at the moment.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
