I have the nbn modem, waiting to connect it

Hi, I have hfc cable, works fine. I had an nbn tech come with the new modem, and went to connect it all up, but could not activate it (call centre was busy or something...) anyway he left and I never heard anything else from there. I have the modem here and even I tried to self connect, but it still won't activate? Please help!

That's not good to read, Deano1971, I appreciate your frustration. I recommend having a chat with our nbn orders team. Right now, the quickest way to speak to a person at Telstra regarding this (aside from me) is through the My Telstra App. Once in the chat, the virtual assistant will ask you a few questions before asking a team member to contact you.
