Impossible to contact Telstra

I am being driven to despair trying to get any meaningful communication with Telstra. I feel like Sisyphus, only my pointless task is to try and engage with Telstra. I need the internet to be connected at my current location (Mosman) AND my other location (Camden) at the same time due to the nature of my work (working with suicidal PTSD clients amongst other things). My wife is also a translator that works for various international organisations. We need to have the internet, we need to have someone that we can talk to and really cares.


Any tips or secret black book contact lists (like in parliament) that I can use? One is left with the very distinct feeling that Telstra's love for their clients/customers/captives is on par with my love for a romantic rainy weekend away in Dubbo during winter!
