Maybe they are churning staff to fast in your area, due to inabilty to cope with attitude


How about some specifics of a problem and maybe some one can help you out that doesnt actually belong to Telstra

Its a tough job, and my experience over 25 years is that Telstra is generally far better than the alternatives.


Perhaps you need to explain exactly what is wrong a little more clearly.

Just got call from their call back email system.
Computer asked if I would accept call, so I entered 1 for yes, and computer says it will put me thru, then comes back and says there is a technical problem and will ring me back.
Taking incompetence to a new low.
